Tuesday: Revolutionizing Rostering at CALHN
We kicked off our visit at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH), where we met with the Director of Digital & Strategy and the Medical Workforce team. Our new Timesheet Module was the highlight, designed to bring ongoing efficiencies to CALHN’s rostering process. By reducing reliance on paper-based and handwritten timesheets, this module promises to save doctors hours of manual effort each pay period—ensuring proper pay, better efficiencies, and ultimately, better patient outcomes.
Wednesday: Transforming Timesheets at SA Pathology
Next, we met with the team at SA Pathology, who have been searching for a timesheet solution for over a decade. The introduction of our Timesheet Module and Report Builder Tool was met with excitement. The SA Pathology team shared how they have dreaded the hours spent manually correcting timesheets each week. With our tools, they’re eager to roll out this game-changer, which will bring much-needed sanity and efficiency to their processes.
Thursday: Enhancing Reporting at Flinders Medical Centre
Our final stop was at SASMOA and Flinders Medical Centre, where we presented our latest update: the Report Builder. This powerful tool is designed for healthcare organizations of all sizes, enabling administrators to create, customize, and share detailed reports with ease. With features like advanced filtering, seamless report sharing, and integration capabilities, the Report Builder is set to improve efficiency, increase data accessibility, and enhance collaboration across departments.
