Core Schedule’s CEO and Founder, Dr Stephen Pool, and Chief Customer Officer, Candice Togia, were honoured to represent New Zealand as part of the NZTE HealthTech Trade Delegation in Perth earlier this week.
The two-day program brought together leaders from across New Zealand’s health technology sector to strengthen connections with Western Australian health and aged care organisations, explore collaboration opportunities, and share innovations transforming healthcare delivery. Core Schedule is the leading physician rostering system across WACHS, and they have been loyal customers since 2017.
Day 1 featured a networking event hosted by New Zealand Consul-General Bella Katz, connecting NZ HealthTech innovators with WA government, hospital, and industry representatives at The Globe, Perth.

Stephen and Candice shared insights into Core Schedule’s digital workforce management platform, and how it supports hospitals and healthcare systems to improve operational efficiency, workforce wellbeing, and patient care outcomes.
