We’re excited to welcome the RMO Unit at Te Whatu Ora – Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty to the Core Schedule whānau!
The team is now actively onboarding, with all trainee medical officers (RMOs) transitioning to Core Schedule and our Allocation module.
As one of the key regional training sites in Aotearoa, the Bay of Plenty team is committed to streamlining scheduling for their RMOs across Tauranga and Whakatāne Hospitals. With Core Schedule, they’re aiming to:
✅ Employment agreement compliance and safe rostering
✅ Improve roster visibility and transparency
✅ Save time managing complex rotations
✅ Enhance communication with trainees
✅ Reduce manual admin across the unit
It’s been a collaborative and energetic start to the onboarding process, and we’re excited to support them as they roll out Core Allocation for their medical workforce.
