The integration also enables clinicians to easily message the appropriate on-duty worker by a quick search of the Celo directory by role, thereby eliminating time phoning the switchboard or paging the on-call worker. With this new integration, clinicians also can easily collect staff feedback regarding preferences, ideas or changes for future roster scheduling that ultimately improves employee satisfaction and retention.
